The venue for the 4th ITER International Summer School is the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center located at 1900 University Avenue in Austin, Texas, at the south entrance to The University of Texas. The AT&T Conference Center also has hotel rooms. We have contracted with the AT&T Center for a special rate of $129 per night for our IISS participants.

All IISS 2010 attendees wishing to secure accommodations at the AT&T Conference Center are responsible for contacting the Conference Center to make their reservations. In order to receive our contracted rate, you must enter the event code INTSCI0510 on the AT&T Conference Center web site on the reservations page. Click HERE to go to the Conference Center web site.

ATTENTION NON-US REGISTRANTS
If you get the message "there are no room types available for the selected dates" it is, most likely, a connection problem. Please click HERE to download an AT&T Center Reservation Request Form, which you can complete and FAX to the AT&T Center at (512)404-1600, ATTN: Ms. Mallory Irizarry. When the AT&T Center receives your form, they will make your reservation and return a reservation confirmation to you on AT&T stationery for your files.

The deadline for making your reservations and receiving the contracted rate of $129 per night is May 6, 2010. Reservations made after that date are subject to standard Conference Center rates.
