GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Austin is served by Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) (+1 512-530-2242). The airport is off Highway 71, southeast of downtown.The SuperShuttle service (+1 512-258-3826) charges US $13 from the airport to downtown. A taxi between the airport and downtown costs from US $20 to $25. Most of the national rental car companies are represented at the airport.
The Airport Flyer (Bus 100, $1) runs to downtown (6th Street and Brazos) every 40 minutes or so. The stop for the Omni Hotel is shown on the map which indicates that the stop is on the corner of 6th Street and Brazos. There is a walk of approximately 2 blocks to the Entrance of the Omni Hotel. NOTE: The entrance to the Omni garage is on San Jacinto Blvd., between 7th and 8th Streets. The Main entrance to the hotel is at Brazos and 8th Street.

VISA INFORMATION
Designated participants who require a visa to enter the USA should submit the necessary application to the nearest diplomatic or consular representative of the USA as soon as possible. A letter of invitation, if needed, can be requested from Ms. Rita Wilkinson.
